That address reaches us - the same business runs The Card Genie, so our mailbox is on that domain. It is the right place for every question about a notebook.

There is no contact form on this page on purpose: a form that posts into nothing is worse than an address, and until our order system is running, email is the route we can actually promise to answer.

What to include

It saves a round trip if you tell us:

• your order number, if you have one;
• what you wanted the cover to say, if the question is about engraving;
• a photograph, if it is something we would need to see.

What we will answer quickly

• Before you order - whether a design will fit your wording, whether a photograph will engrave well, whether a date is realistic.
• After you order, before we engrave - a change, or a cancellation. Reach us before the laser runs and we can still stop it.
• Something is wrong - see Delivery and returns for where you stand, then email us and we will put it right.

Privacy

Whatever you send us is covered by our Privacy policy. We do not add you to a mailing list because you emailed us.
