That reaches us, for anything at all about a notebook. Pop in your order number and a photo if it helps.

Ask before you order if you're wondering whether your wording will fit or your photo will engrave well, or whether it can arrive by a certain date. To change or cancel, catch us before the laser runs. If something's wrong, see Delivery and returns, then email us and we'll put it right.

Complaints

Same email address, just say it's a complaint. We'll tell you what we're going to do about it, and if it's not what you asked for, we'll tell you why.

Anything you send us is covered by our Privacy policy, and emailing us never puts you on a mailing list.
