Cookie policy
Every cookie we set, and why the optional ones wait for your yes.

The short version
Our own cookies just run your basket and remember your choices. They are strictly necessary, so the law lets us set them without asking, and none of them follows you anywhere.
The only optional one is Google Analytics, which counts visits. You are asked before anything is set. Refusing is as easy as agreeing, and Cookie preferences at the foot of any page lets you change your mind any time.
Our cookies (all strictly necessary)
yn_basket: what is in your basket (references to your designs, and how many). No names, prices or words. 30 days.yn_discount: a discount code you entered. We check it on our side every time, so fiddling with it buys nothing. 30 days.yn_basket_qty_notice: carries a quick message across a page reload when we cannot give you the quantity you typed. One minute, cleared once shown.yn_delivery: the delivery service you picked (never its price). 30 days.yn_service_point: the InPost locker or parcel shop you picked: its reference, name and street address. Deleted if you switch to door delivery. 30 days.yn_checkout_owner: a random number that marks the checkouts this browser started, so if you go back and pay again with a limited discount code, we can close your first payment page and keep the code for you. Only set when you check out with such a code. One day.yn_consent: your cookie choices and when you made them, so a "no" sticks. Only appears once you have answered. Six months from your last decision.
Staff only: yn_admin_key and yn_admin_session sign our team in to the order system. They are never set on a customer's browser.
Optional: only if you say yes
If you have not answered, or you said no, these scripts are not even put on the page.
_ga, and_ga_with our property's id after it: Google Analytics, from Google Ireland Limited. A random number so ten visits from you count as one person, which shows us how people use the shop. No name, email, words, photos or purchases. Up to two years from your last visit._fbpand_fbc: Meta's advertising pixel, from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. We are not advertising yet, so it is switched off. If we start, you will be asked separately._fbpmarks your browser for about three months;_fbconly appears if you arrive from a Meta advert.
Measurement is kept off your basket and your order link page. The one exception is the thank-you page after you have paid, so we know a sale happened. If you click through the shop to either of those, a script loaded earlier may still be running; we just never put it there.
Changing your mind
Cookie preferences at the foot of any page opens the panel whenever you like, and always lists exactly what is on offer today: switch off what you don't want and save. You can also clear cookies in your browser, though clearing yn_basket takes your basket with it.
Anything optional we ever add plays by the same rules: you are asked before anything is set, refusing is just as easy (no pre-ticked boxes), and this page names it before it ever runs.
