Locker collection
Can I collect my order from a locker instead?
Yes. Locker collection costs £2.75, the same as standard delivery, so you choose it for convenience and it saves you nothing. The parcel goes into an InPost locker and comes out of the one you picked, 2–4 working days.
You choose the locker in your basket, before you pay. It is the one service that needs an answer from you: we cannot post to a locker without knowing which one, so the pay button will not let you past until you have picked it.
Gift sets fit too: their box goes in one of the larger locker compartments.
