How long will my order take to arrive?
Every notebook is engraved once you order it, so nothing ships from a shelf. Dispatched within 1 working day, Monday to Thursday.
Those are the days we run the laser. An order placed on a Friday, a Saturday or a Sunday is dispatched on the Monday, and we would rather say that here than have you counting from the weekend.
After it leaves us:
- Standard, 2–4 working days.
- Priority, 1–2 working days.
- Locker collection, 2–4 working days.
A custom commissioned cover via email is the one exception, because a person draws it first: we ask you to allow 7–10 days from the day you order, and that one number covers the drawing, the proof, your approval and the post. See how a commission works.
If you need a notebook for a particular date, tell us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic.
